Yeah, a lot of things has actually changed. People now accept bank transfers much more than OTC payments. It may not even be possible when doing online transaction.
I think this is a long and complex process. I would rather stick to online payment of offline payment. That pseudo online offline payment looks stressfully for me.n
Probably, trying to carry out such transaction looks very complex. There are of course a lot of alternatives that are easier.

I agree with you, but in my country not everyone has mobile banking and epayment, many of them only have conventional savings accounts and ATMs, so if they want to pay for something they have to leave the house, and the closest to where they live is a mini market. So that many of them prefer to choose Over the counter payments.

A lot of people will not even consider it presently because of how stressful it is. There are several alternatives in which a lot of people can use to make payments on the internet which is stress-free.
People don't have to stress themselves just to make payments again. Life is simple. I can't use this methods of payment for my business.
Probably, it is only few people that still prefer ways of doing things which is usually very stressful. But presently there are a lot of alternatives people can make use of that are much easier.
