Yes, they exist , and only those with weak spirits can see them. Those with strong spirits never see ghosts. They are wandering souls.

I'm the definition of a Wandering Soul. I always just let the wind take me where it wants to in life. Whether that be learning how to fly a Cessna, or Box in a ring, I just do what my soul feels like doing.

Yup I always encounter them by feel their presence and sometimes I see them.

Back then yes but now I'm used to it. I'll just ignore the spirits so the people will not call me crazy. If I see or feel I just keep quiet about it.
