Personally, I believe that businesses ought to offer a dispute resolution process. It is a means of preserving good connections between the top management and the workforce. To solve this issue, it would be excellent if they had a grievance resolution department.

There should be a dispute resolution process because disputes are inevitable wherever human relationships abound. This should be premeditated and measures provided to tackle disputes. It is part of the development of an organization.

It does make sense that company's people-in-charge need to deal with these conflicts at the workplace. If they are not going to do anything about these dilemmas, the harmonious working environment will be affected and can lead to unproductive operations.

It is indeed that they need to do something about the conflicts between employers and employees. The workforce will surely affected in terms of having issues or concerns while doing their respective their jobs. Thus, the work outputs are not ideal and cannot be considered in good quality services.

You are right. It is an integral part of a company to deal with this concern. If the company has its Human Resource Department, then there is nothing to worry about it. It needs to be checked and have resolutions for their respective conflicts.

If it is a big company that have bigger workforce, I believe that they might have more than one department that can take care of such problems and it's actually a very good thing because they will have more hands on deck to make sure that things go very well.

It's good to set up a dispute resolution process to revolve conflicts between the employer and the workforce. In my location, if the company cannot resolve the conflict, Hong Kong Labor Department will get involved and assign an arbitrator to handle the case.

Yes i also believe this is necessary as well. The business should have a specific process in which they go about sorting out various issues that may arise cause they would definitely arise.

The best bet is to set up a dispute resolution process to sort out issues that is wrong between the employer and the employees. it is always good to sort issues out at all times

There must be a clearly defined path to take that would ensure that all disputes are satisfactorily resolved. As far as humans are the ones working there, disputes would always arise and there has to be a mechanism for it to be properly resolved.

It is necessary for a big organization to have a dispute resolution committee make up of highly respected members of staff. With small businesses, the boss might act as the dispute resolution channel.
