Do you consider eating less for the sake of saving money
Most low to middle income earners have so many problems. These people are very broke and the only way of saving money is through skipping of meals or reducing the food quantity.
I do not think we need to do this. We can have enough food if we prepare affordable meals on the table. Not only that, but we can have them in a healthy way. We do not need to be extravagant when it comes to this concern.
For a considerable amount of time, I have made it a habit to skip breakfast daily. Although saving some money was a potential benefit, it was not the primary reason for doing so.
Honestly, yes. I do consider eating less or opting for more affordable options to save money. I'm not extreme about it, but I believe in being mindful of my spending habits, including food expenses. I try to cook at home and avoid dining out too frequently.
Right now, I don't skip meals in order to save. But there was a time I had no job and so I would skip lunch most of the days. Nowadays, at least I can afford to eat all meals and still save money.
I don't skip meals,. fortunately, but my diet isn't as balanced as it used to be. Food inflation is bad here, more than 200% in just a year. With the same income, you have to cut costs.
