If I want to learn Yoga, I prefer to participate in a proper Yoga class because there are so many postures that needs to be done properly.

The most yoga I have done in my life is from having to watch from YouTube videos. We don't have people that have mastered yoga in my country.

I exclusively watch YouTube videos focusing on Yoga because it is more practical than hiring a professional instructor. Unfortunately, I do not have the financial means to afford private lessons.
