Do you Eat gluten free foods?

I have read thaf veganism and gluten-free diets actually improve our health. Do you observe this or you just go with all the food you can afford?

I don't. I don't have problems with it so I can eat everything. Also such food much more expensive.

I am not allergic to gluten, therefore, I eat food that contain gluten. Well, gluten is not very good for your body so I I avoid eating foods that contain gluten

I have never really restricted myself from gluten, I guess it is because I don't have any immune reaction to them like some people do. But I try my best to reduce it's intake given that research shows that it may not be good for health.

I think if we only eat them for a long period of time. It will make the body under nourish. I still stick to having a well-balanced diet.
