Do you embrace going for the medical check up after atleast six months?

For me l am very grateful that l have never stepped on the hospital for more than five years. I however don't see the reasons to why l go for the health check ups

l too would go to hospital when l almost dying. It can be too much expensive for me to do body check ups while l am very much okay.

I do not need to, since I am fit as a fiddle. I just need to monitor what I eat on a daily basis.

I do not remember when it was the last time I have gone for a medical check up but I do consult my doctors over the phone

I understand the importance of regular medical check-ups, I can't say I fully embrace getting one every six months. That feels rather frequent unless there are specific health concerns.

Yes I do I try to make it a routine but as quickly as I can . it might not even be up to six months

I do medical checkup once a year or every two years. However, there are times when I was not feeling well, and the doctor required me to some testing. I would follow his advice.

I do not have any kind of medical check up schedule. Today health care is a business and you will end up losing a lot of money
