Do you enjoy a nap during the daytime?

It is my routine to take a nap right after lunch. For the reason that I usually sleep late at night and wakes up early the following day. I need to sleep at least 8 hours every day.

I normally sleep in the afternoon because I use to work in the night. If I did not sleep in the afternoon, I find it difficult to concentrate on the night.

I don't get a chance to take a nap because of my job. On Sundays I take a nap and feel relaxed after nap.
