I do exercise daily! I take a walk early in the morning and sometimes I trek to work to remain healthy. Recently, i started doing press up in the morning once I wake up.
For me it becomes something very necessary so instead of taking too much medicines for my gastritis problem, I started exercising on daily basis. Although it puts some pressure on me as to go for exercise everyday but I feel there is no other way for me to remain healthy and fit.
