Do you exercise daily?

It's a very good habit to exercise daily and we should do that daily to stay fit.

not daily I'm just lazy and I feel pain when I exercise so I do not like that it is nice and can improve mood so I try to do tha every once in a few days

Yes, I exercise daily. I take a 30-45 min walk every morning along the riverside. I also do stretch exercises when I get out of bed.
