Do you feel at ease around your boss in the company?

Some workers don't like how their managers treat them. What causes this to occur? It is predicted that there will be a sense of unease with the top management if the organization does not adequately introduce them or does not have team building.

That depends on the management style of the boss. If s(he) is open-minded and friendly, I wouldn't mind having them around while I am working.

Lol i remember back then we where always excited whenever our boss was not around. Things where always intense when he was around, he would always look for faults in whatever we do.

If my boss is friendly and kind, I wouldn't feel scared. But if he is strict and unfriendly, I'll surely feel uncomfortable.

If the boss is friendly I won't feel scared if he is not I will be scared of him and will try not to face him often.

Initially I use to feel uncomfortable when my boss is around, but I don't longer feel that way, I now feel relaxed and settled.

There are indeed strict bosses feeling they are on Cloud 9. But there is no guarantee that he or she remains the boss until retirement. There is always evaluation from the subordinates.

A good boss that wants his business to grow would make himself easily accessible. He won't play God with his or her staff. Do that and watch your business scatter.

I tend to feel pressured when I work around my boss. I can't be constantly monitored, because it makes me uncomfortable and it's hard to think clearly. Unless the boss was friendly, maybe it's still tolerable for me to be a little comfortable working around him.

I had grown up to learn boldness. I have never been afraid of my boss. I am very much at ease around him. No matter how harsh he is, I would still be at ease.
