Do you go for the substitutes on the absence of the preferred items?

There are some items that l always prefer staying without unless l get the most preferred ones. The electronic devices for instance.

If I am in urgent need I will but otherwise I will wait till I get my choice brands.

It depends on how badly I want that product. If there is an urgency, I will buy the substitute product

I would not dare to do this. It is not an honest way of giving service to the clients.

If the substitute does a good job in replacing the preferred product, I would buy the substitute.
