Do you hate lies?

I hate lies, but there are lies that could save our lives and others' lives. Though it's a sin, but it also needs art on how to express it in a way the listeners believe. I experienced it telling a lie to my family to escape from a harsh punishment. My wallet was lost containing more or less $ 50 and that was my allowance for 4 days. That happened when I was a sophomore.

I also experienced this when I was about to have my internship program. The tuition fee was stolen inside my room. I suspected that the boarder did it. Since I do not have a proof, I just let it go and did not tell to my parents.

There are white lies and in that, you can escape a severe punishment hut you have to repent and never do the same lie again. It is better to avoid it.

Yes I hate lies, I don't like the fact that someone I consider as a close friend starts lying to me.
