Many like to act as a leader in school, in the community, and in the family. There are people like that and dunno why they are happy to be a leader. I was also a student leader and activist during my university years. I never felt tired or bored. I felt happy to be a leader. I was president of many organizations and received a leadership award from the university.

I am more of a facilitator than a leader. I enjoy helping to make things happen. I have acted in a facilitator role in many training sessions when I was working full time.
Some people are called to lead even when they're not prepared for it. Some people are just naturally leading an examplary lifestyle, I fall amongst these category of people
I have incredible leadership potential and one just needs to imagine. I can organise and motivate a team to get goals achieved.

You are good at digital designing as being employed on that and being the digital designer on DBucks.
You have a point. We need to wait others to say about our leadership skills. Boosting oneself can be done because of them.
I currently feel that I lack strong leadership skills. However, I believe that leadership is a skill that can be developed through learning and gaining experience. I am eager to work on boosting my leadership skills and becoming an effective leader.
