There are some businesses that I know. They have never closed since the day they were established. They have two shifts. These are day shifts and night shifts.

There are businesses that don't close. Big supermarkets run through the whole day. Same with big petrol stations, hotels and bet houses.

It is a busy club street with more than 10 hotels in the street, many night clubs and mini bars, etc. In the night, , the place is like carnival with lights everywhere.

In my city, there are a lot of established businesses. Most of them are owned by Chinese businessmen. They were been operational in many years now.

We have convenient stores which open 24x7. McDonalds in some locations also operate on 24x7 basis.

The Factoey companies does not close in my location because they are basically there for 24hrs . There are lots of people doing shifting. Some will resume in the morning and some would do it in the evening.

There is a bet shop quite close to where I stay. That's where I go to sometimes if I want to work online at night. The shop doesn't close at all. It is always a relief to know that they exist.

In my area, we have some businesses that are open 24 hours from Monday - Friday and on Saturday and Sunday they will shut earlier and reopen in the morning. This is perfect for people who are only able to get to the stores during late hours or even for people who prefer to do their shopping in quieter hours as well. I know a few times I have used these stores when it's been quieter to do my shopping as I find it less stressful than during the day.

There is one business here that does not close day and night, a drug store, the Mercury Drug. People can go directly to this drug store to buy urgent medicine and likewise buy groceries in the same drug store.

That is even one of the most significant purpose of hotels. Apart from being a place of entertainment, luxury and meeting point, offering a place to sleep above at any point is one of the importance of hostels, so they don't have to ever close.

There are some entertainment locations that close but they close very late and sometimes in the middle of the night

In Lagos Nigeria, there are so many businesses that run overnight. I love it because there are People who need things at night. It is mostly available in big cities with lots of commercial activities.

I believe that one of them major business that is always open for 24 hours service in my country is hotel and hospitality business.

There is a day my child was very sick at night and I stepped out of my house looking for where to buy drugs. That's the day I wish pharmacies don'y have to close.

There is a new hotel in my area, i am pretty sure they do not close as well. They have a bar, swimming pool and as well a club for does who like partying.
