I have used the same username for 20 years for the SEO value. I belong to a couple of websites that do not allow me to post referral links, but I can talk about what I do in enough detail to generate curiosity among those who are not doing as well as they would like. Most people know how to use Google and I want them to be able to find me easily. Of course it's not just the username that makes this work, but I also own a domain with that same name as the URL. Contrary to public opinion, it works even if you can't get the .com name.

I must say that I am. My primary reason is that our virtual friends can recognize us on different sites. I am sure some are not like me, but I respect them.

I don't normally use the same username. I use username that resonate with my feelings at a particular time. But I think I will consider using the same username.

I try to keep the same username on all websites I am on unless I can't have that specific username as it may be unavailable. I either use Shortie, Shortie861 or ShortieGamez on sites now if there are ones that are not available and I need something that sticks with my username but is also available.

Earlier on I used to have same username on all my wens but after a while I planned to have different usernames on all website so now I mostly choose a different username for all my earning websites.

I don't see the reason why it is necessary for me to have different usernames on different website it is always going to confuse me along the line which is why I stick to one username.

No, I don't use the exact same username across all websites and online accounts. While I do have a few go to usernames I prefer, they aren't always available.

Majority of the websites I am active on, I usually use the same username, that way I don't have to worry about trying to remember.
