Ulcer is one ailment that makes your stomach get upset all the time. It can be very bad especially when it is a part of you and happens to you all the time.

This is an ailment I’m nursing including my mother. It is sad and worrying me right now. Is there a natural cure for it?

I am glad that I do not need to worry about this kind of health condition. Now, I just need to do intermitten fasting to lose my weight. But still, I just need to eat healthy food less. I do not need to starve myself.

I think you are having stomach reflux when eating it. I agree with you that we can eat it in moderation with a little spice.
