Do you have unusual perks at your job?

Some companies offer their employees unusual perks such as video game rooms, massages, yoga classes, on-site personal trainers, clothing allowances, on-site doctors, and even on-site wine bars. Which of these perks do you think are good ideas? Which do you think are unnecessary or ridiculous? Do you wish your employer offered any of these unusual perks? Which ones?

We don't have video games room at work. You can only play on your PC but it's not allowed during work hours. But we have on site doctors and restaurants.

In the studio I work, we have a nap room where staff go in to sleep and catch a 10 to 15 minutes nap.

Who have on site wine bar? I will work for them. Better than table football or dart board. As comnputer science teacher does my classroom can be held as video game room?

Haha, my previous boss would never try this. Back then the workers tried creating a small space for gaming but in the end he stopped them, saying it would be a distraction. And there is no time for break. The only break we had back then was when there was no job at hand.

The truth is that some of these perks are mainly for top management staff and not for everyone. Top staff in my former workplace were entitled to all expense paid vacation to any place of their choices.

When I was working full time, I had worked for a company which offers free shuttle service to employees. We can save a lot of transportation expenses and it's also a good time to socialize with co-workers on the shuttle bus.

Well like I said earlier I worked as a primary school teacher immediately after my senior secondary school examination and at the school which I worked we didn't have any perks
