I think you should try to register on the site first, then if you get picked that automatically means your country is allowed, but if you don't get picked it means your country is not allowed to participate.

That's the truth I just stated it is for those in the US. IF you don't resident there then no need trying to sign up.

Yes you can read a total of two emails per day worth $0.02 for the first one or two months after which you have to work on the site for you to be able to read more email. Unfortunately there you don't qualify to work on any offer that they provide.

Inbox Dollars have been around for many years now. However, I did not get a chance to join because I was busy back then. However, I might give it a try, especially if it works here in the Philippines.
