Almonds are most productive nuts and anyone can consume it on less they are stopped by a doctor you can even add these to your milk and have it daily because these so useful

I have almonds once ina while. They are quite pricy though. I sometimes add them to my cake when I bake. I add them in powder form. Sometimes I add them to my cereal, tastes really nice.

Adding to cakes, custard, sweet dish, etc is good but they are best when you have these on empty stomach and for that, you need to soak these in water overnight or for 5-6 hours and should be taken after peeling of the skin.

Oh. I didn't know you can consume them in that manner. Would it be advisable to add honey to the mix. Its also great for your health and it adds some taste
