I am not a choosy person when it comes to working with people in a company. First and foremost, we cannot change people to be like you. We are created with different uniquenesses, so we need to accept them and find ways to make things work for everyone. However, I cannot work with someone who is passive. It will surely make me feel bored working with him or her.

I enjoy working with people who have their own point of view. They may agree or disagree with me. Only genuine exchange of opinion is meaningful and lead to improvement.
That's right, I totally agree with you. Working with passive people will not make us grow, because this is like working alone, on our own ideas. Even though we also need input so that the business can grow rapidly in a better direction.

This is common when working in local government agencies here in my country. Some of them are so incompetent to carry out their respective jobs. Unfortunately, they are the products of nepotism.
Well, I think this can be se n from different point of view, depending on how you see it, some people may even decide to choose the passive person because they feel the active one would get work more slower because he always feel doing things his own way..
It is best to work with people you know you can to a reasonable extent exert some control over. If you work with someone that always disagrees, it would be very hard for you to meet up.
Indeed, nepotism is something that must be removed and eliminated, every perpetrator must be punished so that it has a deterrent effect. If nepotism is allowed, how do you uphold justice?.Honesty and sportsmanship must be upheld. Don't let high achievers be defeated by people who use nepotism.

It is inevitable that people will disagree over something. But then, we can still talk about the disagreement. Eventually, the final agreement will come along after compromising certain issues or concerns in business.
I do not really mind working with anyone though be it the ones that agree or disagree, the most important thing is that i am able to get results in the end. If you are disagreeing with me, you should be able to give a solid reason as to why you do not agree.
I think that a wise person would always prefer to work with a person who is right. This does not necessarily mean that they have to agree with you all the time. Having disagreements are a really normal thing.
