do you listen to music while working?

With the rise of technology, many people have switched to reading ebooks instead of physical books. I personally still love the feeling of holding a physical book and turning the pages, but ebooks are super convenient. Which do you prefer? Do you still enjoy reading physical books, or have you fully transitioned to ebooks?

In the past, when I was in my teens, I liked to listen to music while I worked. I even used to play music in the background while studying but these days I find music distracting.

If you can't sleep music indeed helps I remember when I was really sick and I couldn't fall asleep because of pain so I listened to the ocean
