Just as we are having digital migration is also the same that most peri-urban and urban residents residents are subscribing to solid waste collection as oppossed with self catering on waste collection and disposal.Unfortunately only one bag is provided or you purchase only one waste haul recepticle.So all the waste will be thrown there.Only at the dump site do they get to start waste segration which is not efficient in its entirity because it defeats the quality of handling this waste if segration is done at the final disposal point as oppossed to the point of generation.
Yeah, they also practice that after all they had to.
I'm practicing it now since I'm back in Cebu, Philippines. The location of my brother's has a particular segregation on it.
Yes it's done during the Duterte Administration.
