Do you prefer the herbal remedies or the medical advice from doctors?

For me when fell sick l use the herbal home made remedies to treat myself and if the pains persist l may see the doctor.

I would try herbal remedies first. For example, if I have a minor headache, I would use Chinese medical oil. But if the pain persists, I may take painkiller or go to see a doctor.

Home made remedies which are easy to get and solve health issues fast is a go-to for me. Evendo doctors advice is good.

Both is ok
It always depends on the situation
Sometimes the herbal medicine goes best for the illness and sometimes it is advisable to go tho the medical part
But most times herbal medicine are always the best cause most of them don't have a side effect
