I am not that choosy in dealing with my colleagues or co-workers. He or she needs to deliver the result at work. If not, it is a big issue that needs to be resolved. At some point, I prefer not to work with people who always agree.
Do you prefer to collaborate with those who always agree or those who don't at your workplace?

I prefer to work with easy going people who are open minded and willing to learn and cooperate with their coworkers. But it is absolutely difficult these days to get people with that mentality.
Collaboration should be done with the people that you share the same ideas with.
I prefer a little bit of both to be honest. Having folks who always agree is great for keeping things moving, but having someone who challenges the status quo can lead to some pretty cool breakthroughs.
I prefer to work with people who always give their honest comments/opinion and are cooperative. They may agree or disagree with me at times. I am more than willing to discuss with them why they agree or disagree with me.
Working with people that share your views is better because you will make a better team.
Yeah, constructive criticism is always very important and necessary in any kind of business venture because many business ideas will be brought. But if you work with someone who always agrees the business may not grow.

I also tell my former colleagues to support their disagreement claimed about certain business issues. If they cannot provide those, why should I give in right there and then. It is a good thing that we can able to validate it first.
This is true. You can also learn new and useful things from people who do not agree. Perhaps, those who do not agree with you, are right. All opinions should be welcome.
I prefer to work with people who don't always agree, because they usually have lots of good business ideas, but they're not selfish people who have to do whatever they want. I prefer colleagues who can be invited to work together in a team, they have lots of good ideas, but they are also wise in expressing their opinions.
