Do you prefer to collaborate with those who always agree or those who don't?

When I am still working in my previous companies, I am always irritated with people who just agree, especially in terms of talking about the marketing strategies. I cannot bear being with these people who are like passive in nature. Sales will be affected if they do this all the time.

Well some set of people prefer to just be there without an impact while some want to be involved with the issue at hand and are always challenging the odd as these are the best set of people to partner with as they are always looking for new challenge

You cannot go into collaboration with someone who has a contrary opinion to your own. You can only go into collaboration with someone that both of you are in line.

It depends, if does who disagree do not give reasons why they do not agree then its safe to they simply do not like me. But if they are always giving legit reasons why it cannot work and as well offering solution, i will definitely choose them.

I prefer superior arguments. You don't have to agree with me. When your point of view is sound and I see that it is superior to mine, I relax mine for yours.

I prefer people who would agree with the idea one is suggesting. I know that there will always be comments and suggestions along the way, but it is crucial to select those people who brainstorm with me instead of having disagreement. Respect is important.

That's very true, if does you work with always and only agree, it means there would be a limit as to the amount of ideas coming in and what you can actually do. It's always best if there are more than one ideas.

They say the more the merrier, but when it comes to this, the more brains or ideas collaborating the better the outcome. One has something to say about something and the other needs to agree on something and vice versa. And from there, they would be able to formulate good ideas.

It will be easier to work with people who agree to you, however, you might make better decision or create better product if you work with people who disagree with you.
