Now for my small shop, I do not use any promotional stuff because I have a strategic location I only use a big banner in front of my shop and a standing banner near the street

Yeah, it is not easy to build an audience on social media but at the same time it is not impossible. It is all about being determined to do that. You can also invest money to boost your page for a lot of people to see it.
