I don't think there is any way to report such a platform. That is why so many of their have successfully scammed so many people.

I only tell my friends to stay away from the website so that they will not fall victim of wasting their time on it like I did

I believe that it is the right thing for everyone to report any website that is not paying people for working on it so that every other people will be aware to stay away from such a website in order for them not to be scammed as well.

It's not too often I come across many scam sites myself but when and if I ever do and I know for sure they are scamming people I will do what I can to report them and let others know that it is not a worthwhile site to join.
