It is very normal to shake hands with your clients in business. Also, some people see it as a way of signing a deal or signing an agreement

You're right. It is not very common here in Nigeria. We take this culture too seriously and if you try to shake hands with clients that are older then you, they may feel somehow

Since culture is one of the major ways that we judge people in Africa, it is just better to greet them normally than to shake hands with them

Nice though but my line of work does not really require shaking of hands. Majority of the times the jobs are usually done through the internet.

Yes I agree with you in that. I was very surprised to hear that It's a criminal offence to shake hands with the opposite sex gender in Middle East. I hope one have to be very careful when visiting those countries.

Shaking hands is considered a great thing. I usually shake hands with people when I enter a business place. I also tend to shake hands with people when I visit any kind of random gathering.

It is not something that is normal here because Africa is take their culture seriously and sometimes it is not nice to shake an elderly person

I agree with you it is more of a Nigerian thing we hardly see hand shaking as w form of respect so it is better we just go with the respect of judt greeting
