I am a night owl. I do sleep late. I go to bed at around midnight. I know it may not be good for health. I am trying to change this habit.

Yes I do sleep late sometimes when am busy online or offline but on normal’s I don’t sleep early when I do I always wake up late, so it has gotten used to me not sleeping early the earlier I can sleep is 10 or 11pm.

I do not sleep that much. If ever I do this, I need to sleep more than enough to have eight hours the following day.
