Do you stick to your budget?

Do you create a personal budget? Do you stick to your budget or go over budget? Well, depending on the kind of expenses, sometime I go over budget, especially when I am buying things that I consider an investment.

I have no budget when it comes to needs. And as for wants I will use the money that gets accrued. I never touch my capital.

I try as much as I can to always stick to the budget. It is only when it is extremely necessary and convincingly so that I overshoot the budget.

I do budget, but also leave room for adjustments often because prices fluctuate. Most often, the excess funds go into my savings so it's a win-win for me.
