I am a person who is always trying her possible best to stay away from conflict in business because I do not like conflict

Conflicts are bound to happen in a business setup, cause there are different people with different understanding and of cause mindset. The best thing to do is simply try your best in trying to understand others and as well try avoid unnecessary confrontation.
