Do you think deadbeat father's should be celebrated
Yesterday was the day to celebrate father's all over the world. But they are father's that are not providers and don't care for their kids. Do you think this kind of father's should be celebrated?
The way I see it, is that regardless of relation, the person that has the most impact on a persons' life regardless of them being the father or not, should be the one celebrated. I mean, its like having a uncle raise a kid and does all the important things for a child, when the father doesn't do that. I would celebrate the uncle as the father, over the actual father.
That depends. If the father is irresponsible and not caring, I will not celebrate Father's Day with him. I'm glad that I had a great father who is responsible and care for his children a lot.
In some cases a father doesn't really have to be the biological one, it's probably the person who has been there with you right from time. Like Clark kent said in Smallville, everyone can be a father, but not everyone can be a dad.
