My country is undergoing it right now. The prices of oil and basic items are increasing day by day. Everything is very tough here, the minorities are facing it rough for sure.

Well, the economy has been impacted globally after the pandemic and the recent war between Russia and Ukraine. We see some bit of inflation ( but a controlled one). But India is nowhere going into recession. Things are very much in control and they predict a good economic growth in the coming future.

In the current scenario, the world has become a global village. Anything happening anywhere has an impact globally on the economy. But then it can not be denied that the political power, in terms of their stability and government policies play an important role locally for that country.

The scenario in my country is pretty bad, I am not sure if we are in recession already but the inflation is high, and a lot of people are facing serious problems paying their mortgages as the interests skyrocket lately. The government is giving some monetary help to the poor but that isn't enough to get people out of poverty. The recession is a coming scenario for sure.

The truth is that government cannot give monetary aid to everyone that needs it. I seriously think this is the wrong approach to these kind of issues. Government should find a way to boost the economy.

European governments always seem to tackle the problem in the same way, offering monetary aid left and right offered by the European Union, so we are just stopping the problem and hiding it, at any time there will be no way to stop this.

It has been a long time that we are experiencing this situation during the pandemic until now. I am also a victim but was able to find a new job after.
A lot of people are jobless in my country today as well as a result of this and our government doesn't care one bit.

It is even worst in places where it cannot be hidden. In Africa for example most of the countries always enters recession. So the European Union is trying as much as possible to manage it.

Yes, I have no doubt that in Africa it is much worse, and that you are probably already in recession or you go through recessions too frequently, but in Europe everything is solved just the same by giving away money left and right, it is totally free, so nothing is solved neither.

So in both scenarios which do you think is better? Don't you think that giving away money is the best way to manage it until things becomes better?.

No, I don't think so, it's like giving you fish but I don't teach you how to fish, it's making you dependent, in Africa if you don't get help you have nothing left but to go out and look for fish, to make a metaphor for it, yes, here they give it to you, that doesn't help at all, but true, your situation is worse, that's undeniable, but you know what I mean.

Global economic uncertainty is a fact, it may be more noticeable in some parts of the world than in others, but I want to know how you see the outlook for your country this year or next year, do you think it will enter in a recession? I think that mine is about to enter one or is already in an economic slowdown
Well the country I am from Nigeria has been into recession ever since this current administration came into power and though the people have been able to adapt to it and are enjoying life back again which is one particular thing you can not take away from Nigerians for we are a happy people all the time no matter the situation we seem to be happy and adapt to it very fast and easy.

Yes, that is good, even if you are in recession you are happy, so nothing can knock you down, surely there is not so much money but you have other good things, such as the climate, the people and your culture, and that there is no poverty that takes it away, my country is a different situation, but in fact, sometimes I think we have nothing to envy because the political administration we have here is a disaster too.

While the economy everywhere in the world is shaken post pandemic and the war, somehow India's economy stayed stable with very little impact. India in fact emerged as one of the fastest growing economy in the recent years.

You aptly captured this, Nigeria is I. deep shit now. Nothing seems to be working but I'm optimistic that we would get it right soon. Let vote wisely
This is one of the reason why a lot of youths in the country are trying to find means on how they are going to use to leave the country because nothing is working here.
