Do you use your home address with your paypal account?

Do members of this forum use their home address for their paypal account or do you have a separate office address? If you have a office address, how much rent do you pay for the office?

I have added my own home address on the PayPal and better to add our own address as PayPal is quite strict in it's policies.

Can you share in which state or city you are living in? Some paypal account holders are harassed by government agencies and asked to rent a office, though they make very less money and cannot afford office rentals.

I don't feel safe in sharing this but I don't think anyone is harassed like that because I have my friends in India who are from different states. If you don't use PayPal then how'll you get payment?

Though I make very less from paypal after considering domain, webhosting expenses, for more than ten years, I am harassed, cheated, exploited because I do not have a office.

There's nothing wrong in using your home address in your PayPal account. Any address tied to you whether home or office is good. The address used in my bank account is the same used for PayPal.

When opening my PayPal i used my home address but what am not sure of is if my PayPal account can receive. I believe i can send with it cause have seen the option there and have been able to link my debit card. How do i find out if i can receive with my PayPal?

You can use any address that can be verified. It can be your home address or office address. The major thing is that it must correspond with your data.

Since you are from India do you face any problem for using a residential address. In some areas, Paypal account holders who use residential address are slandered. Do you receive payment from other websites also through paypal?

Thankfully I haven't faced any problem like that and yes I am getting Paypal payments from different websites
