Do You Use Your Own Images?

When I started, I was basically using my own images on my web content and websites. I was a hobbyist photographer with some Photoshop skills. Therefore, I used my own images. However, later I found that my images were being stolen and republished elsewhere. Therefore, I stopped sharing my own images. These days I mostly use images from Pixabay and Pexels.

Yes using your image makes you look authentic especially on your blog or YouTube channel. But you can watermark them to avoid them.being picked up and used indiscriminately by others

I don't use my own images, it's very rare when I used my or my Kids' picture. Mostly I download images from pixabay or from other sites to use on my posts.

For my designs i usually use picture from these free sites instead of using my own pic. Besides i hardly take pictures in the first place. Then there are times where i take permission from specific persons to use their own pics for certain designs.

It's not easy to deal with such people who steal picture on internet even if you fight with them lawfully. I seldom use my pictures because I know people misuse them.

It's really not easy to deal with people who cheat and steal other people's work. But I have no other choice, other than using my own image. If I use someone else's image, then they may be questioned by them and asked for a fine.

I am an article writer and I mostly add images to all the articles that I write but I don't use my pictures because there are times when I will not have the particular picture that is needed for my article so I will use other people's picture
