It's one thing to be employed in a company or a business organization, and it is another thing to be satisfied with the job. There are so many employees today who go to work every day and get paid but in reality they are not satisfied with their jobs. This could be due to the fact that they do not have any passion for the job, and they are simply doing it cause they need the pay. Do you think it would affect their level of productivity?

When you are satisfied with a job in it's entirety, you would be able to give in your best to that job. And that would be a boost to your productivity.
Well, productivity actually deals with passion, it's possible for them not to have passion In the work they do but have passion in the money or income they receive which may make them productive as they won't want to lose the job.
I agree that job satisfaction helps to boost productivity of an employee. If s(he) has the passion for the work s(he) performs, s(he) will definitely try to do his/her best.
