Does the college or University degree guarantees you a job on your country?

I don't have any idea about the employment situation on your country. Here most graduates don't get employed for that matter.

The same applies in my country. The graduates are left tarmacking on the streets while the jobs are taken by unlearned individuals that are well connected to the job industry.

Usually the big companies hire applicants who have long work experiences and good credentials. For some companies, they are not strict with these requirements.

I was so lucky, the next day after I graduated from the University, I was hired without applying. I was called by the personnel officer that they're going to hire me to teach Physics and Chemistry.
