Does Your Company Arrange Vacations for you?

Companies owned by government here can do this prearranged vacation for best employees with all the allowances. I don't know if the private offices if doing the same.

It is very common that companies provide leave for their worker to go for vacation but I am listening this first time as any company arrange vacations by themselves.

It is only obtained in multinationals. Normal business organisations that we go to hustle can't afford to give is vacations. We are even praying for them to be able to meet up with salaries.b

No they don't but they don't give three days off work. So you can choose to do anything you like with these days which I usually used to go on vacation.

Don't be offended. Let me ask you. Do you work in Nigeria? If so, then your organization is one of the few exceptional organisations that take workers interests serious. The 3 days, is it monthly or yearly?

that is the perk of working in a big company, been there and done that but even though I miss that good old day, I have no regret even though I only have a small shop for now @Ginger

In my location, not many companies arrange vacations at their cost to employees. There are some companies which organize day trip to theme parks or outlying islands for workers. This is usually arranged by the HR department.

Yes, our company plan vacations for the employees but they do for the top management. Us, they give us the leave traveling allowance for the employees but that's included in our gross salary

Some companies do offer vacation packages or other incentives to top-performing employees to keep them motivated and engaged but these perks may not be available to all employees and can differ depending on the company policies and budget.

I am sure about it and not all companies are doing it and not even mine is doing so we need to find such companies and start working there lol

During my days in sales, I used work with a company that offers travel if the sales agent would hit his or her quota per month. I have not tried it before because it is hard to sell their products at that time.

Every staff in the company where I used to work is always entitled to 1 month leave every year and it's all up to you to decide when and how you want to go for your vacation.

The big companies mostly arrange vacations for their employees. I have a relation who have travelled to so many countries because of the company she works for.
