As I work online, it is a must that I have to be creative.

No my job doesn't require creativity. I am in core production and we have to do routine works daily. We have to follow the production plan and monitor output. Rarely we have to think out of box when there comes a defect.
Unless a person wants to be spamming, sitting down to type on multiple sites requires that a person thinks deep before typing a response.

That's true there are works like watchman, milkman, labourer etc these are doesn't require any creativity. They all work on the instructions.
