Does your working environment allows you to grow?

If there is anything that we all want as humans at our places of work that freedom which allows us to grow into becoming a better version of ourselves even at work. There are some working organizations and environments that will not offer or afford one such a chance while there are others that seek to see you grow into being a better version of yourself at your skill and trade at the organization.

Yes at my work place I have enough time to learn some other things and also do some works online to make more money to what I get from the offline job

I am lucky that I am working online and my environment is very good and allows me to grow

Unfortunately most working environment in my country is not conducive for most businesses which is why most people find it very difficult to cope.

Some workplaces are so strict that an employee cannot even express himself. And that is not the best way to run a business organization. It doesn't make work interesting and less passionate.

At my school I can but everything is connected with another schools or other organizations. Just in school I can't. I must check all my paperwork and see do I have all conditions so I can apply for higher place.

When I was working full time for a software company, they allowed me to grow. I was offered the opportunity to travel overseas; participating in seminars gaining knowledge and networking with people in the industry.

From your posts, I believe your country is really working. You hardly see this kind of organization in my country. They are all looking to milk every virtue from you.

I think I am growing with all the online stunts. I have two regular jobs online. It makes me showcase my innate talents in teaching non-native speakers in English. It is how I feel more productive at the same time.

I don't work for anybody. Am self employed and I manage my time as I think fit. I need my freedom and that is the reason am not working for anybody. Employment restrict people from achieve their personal goals. Am one of the person that does not joke with my personal ambition.

While it is important to work for yourself, not everyone would be able to afford that. It is because some people are called to be employees.

I do agree that every working environment will allow you to grow, both experience wise or personal wise, for without growing in the working environment, you will get easily exhausted and the work will become boredom.
