Well, I hope the help they give don't turn bad. it will be very frustrating to go through that.
What I do is I list an exchangers PayPal mail and he receives the payment for me and pays me in cash. That's why they are exchangers.
Those guys are online currency exchangers. That's the business they do. Exchanging funds for others.

Yes, your account getting limited is even good, worse case your account could be blocked without you having access to your funds.

Yes they would freeze or suspend your account, though i don't actually know if its for life, but what i do know is that they would have to investigate your account before taking any more action.
Yeah it should just be about investigation than taking ones hard earned money that will be too bad
