Paracetamol! Always at home when you did it. My mom always buys the packet at home in case of anything like fever or headache. And it has been helpful.

Medicine and drug are different stuffs. From medicine I have Aspirin or MaxFlu (similar stuff). From drugs, addictive stuff, I have sugar. We all have sugar in home so we all have drugs.
