Sounds like a very good earning venture but i think it is not available in the lower tier countries,not until i see a payment proof from a tier three country will i be able to confortably give it a try.Otherwise for now i am just watching from afar.

Yes this is for international users. It is actually my first time hearing it. Though, I am not taking any chance. I just wanted to share this at the same time get information from those who are already trying this testing site.
