I think to be amazon seller is limited to some number of countries like eBay one means this feature not available for all people.

Yes, I have tried affiliate marketing by promoting some products from Amazon. I shared videos on YouTube to promote them . I even sent emails to possible customers. I really worked hard but unfortunately, I made no sales so I gave up. Some people succeed in affiliate marketing but I did not.

You said it all. Amazon associate and its kdp programs are what I like most. They are free to start. Amazon affiliate is not that complicated as much.
