You will know. They are always the ones coming to complain about some staffs to you. They are always the ones wanting to be very close to the boss and acting like the manager of the company

Yes that's true, which means once the business owner is not around, there would be no quality services rendered to the customers. A business that cannot function in the absence of the business owner is not a growing business.
