Employing a male or female chef

Men these days are showing their culinary skills in the kitchen. A lot of men can prepare great meals. But I still prefer the female cooking and would still go for a female chef. How about you?

I have no particular preference. As long as s(he) has great cooking skills, s(he) is qualified to be a good chef. My impression is a lot of males is great chef.

Same here. I think both genders are equally capable of doing the job effectively. I am a supporter of gender equality, so I do not have a preference whether the chef is a man or a woman. Hehe

If it were me l would employ the male chef. That's means there is more flexibility on the male cooks to the female type.

Currently l can see that most companies use the male chefs for competence for that matter

One thing I have noticed is that Majority of the times, men tend to do more when it comes to cooking than women.
