If the cause of such a feeling is the observation of why the other store has repeat buyers, the answer for that is to check or review your services to people. Are you that considerate and friendly to customers? have you tried to give a little discount if asked? Have you also replied to them in a manner that won't harm their feelings? If you are that strict, of course, expect no repeat buyers. They will most likely boycott your store.

A lot of people are very greedy in the sense that they want to make huge profits at once which seems not to be possible so we just have to keep on grinding steadily and our business will be successful
