Exercise for building better relationships amongst partners

There are usually different exercises for building a better and stronger team in most business setups. Most business owners have partners, and for these businesses to grow the partners need to work together or at least agree on a common way forward. What kind of exercises should be done to ensure this? Or can partners also carry out the same exercises as team members?

For me, it does not make sense. It is simply because we have different thoughts and feelings. We cannot read minds regarding their sincerity.
