Face to Face Customer Service, compared to over the phone service.

How do you think face-to-face customer service is different from over-the-phone customer service? Are there certain skills needed for face-to-face customer service that are not needed for over-the-phone customer service?

I think both of them were trained to cater the needs of the customers. Although face -to-face customer service is better in terms of solving the customers' problems directly.

I don't really mind if it is a face-to-face customer service or the one on the phone. It all depends on the quality of service they are able to dispense.

Face to face customer service may be very stressful. Both of them are stressful but online is better.

Face to face service is rather effective than over the phone service in most cases. Cause most customer service attendant do not take things seriously when the customer is not there with them face to face.
